Chef and General Manager Greg Farnan showcases the best of West Australian produce, from Perth's premier suppliers so you can be assured that each dish is quality. Brewing recommenced in October 2008 and we offer our four award-winning boutique beers on tap at all our functions, as well as top beers from home and abroad.
The Brewery’s main function area is the spectacular Thomas Hardwick Function Room. Named after the original Brew Master, it features exceptional views of the city and floor-to ceiling, windowed concertina doors that open out onto an exclusive terrace area, metres from the river. It can accommodate up to 150 sit-down or 250 for a cocktail-style function. This versatile space is unrivalled for stylish, truly memorable occasions.
